1. About the platform
JobDropper is an online platform for publishing job cards, talent cards, professional media, portfolio materials and user interactions through features such as profiles, search, messaging, groups, technical tests and AI-assisted summaries.
2. Acceptance of terms
By accessing the website, creating an account or using any feature, the user confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms together with the Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- Users must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.
- Users are responsible for safeguarding credentials and account access.
- Fake accounts, impersonation, fraudulent use and unauthorized access are prohibited.
- Employers and recruiters are responsible for complying with employment, equality, anti-discrimination and recruitment laws.
4. User content and uploads
Users retain rights over their content but grant JobDropper a non-exclusive right to host, store, display, index, technically adapt, process, transmit and promote that content as necessary to operate the platform.
- Users must not upload illegal, misleading, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, confidential or infringing content.
- Users should avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive personal data, identity documents or confidential employer materials.
- JobDropper may moderate, restrict, disable or remove content that creates legal, security, operational or reputational risk.
5. Messaging and professional conduct
Chat, groups, contact requests and networking features must be used professionally. Spam, harassment, threats, phishing, scraping, malware, discriminatory conduct and unauthorized data harvesting are prohibited.
6. AI-assisted and assessment features
Technical tests, matching indicators and AI-assisted assessments are informational tools. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and must not be used as the sole basis for employment, hiring, rejection or other significant decisions.
7. Availability and changes
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. JobDropper may change, suspend, improve or discontinue features where necessary for security, compliance, maintenance or product development.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, JobDropper is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, loss of opportunity, business interruption, data loss, user-generated content, third-party conduct or hiring outcomes arising from platform use.
9. Suspension and termination
JobDropper may suspend, limit or terminate accounts, cards, uploads, messages or access where users breach these Terms or create legal, security, abuse, fraud, spam or operational risk.
10. Intellectual property
The JobDropper name, brand, UI, design, proprietary texts, software and platform materials belong to JobDropper or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, resale, reverse engineering or reuse is prohibited except where allowed by law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes should first be addressed amicably and, if unresolved, submitted to the competent courts in Romania unless mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.
